We’ve decorated the music lab. We’re hanging a new sign in the lobby. Also we will increase capacity in the music lab and add two more lesson rooms. Check out all the new things when you’re with us next. MTMS is a beautiful, musical place.

So many books! Feel free to come browse around lessons or just visit us. We encourage donations of nonperishable food items or money to the charity of your choice. This is a great time to pick up something new, whether it is for a new instrument or a new style or just a whimsical choice. Enjoy the music!
MTMS has a ton of sheet music and books – organized and on display for the entire month of August. The music is available to students, clients, and the public. We’d appreciate a donation of a nonperishable food item or clothing, though you can also take a cash donation to your favorite charity instead. We’re open Monday through Thursday from 1-8 pm.
Students are encouraged to participate in the Summer Music Playlist! MTMS is proud to offer several opportunities throughout the year to show off those new skills and new learned music. All polished, performance-ready pieces, even simple or non-summer related music is welcome for the playlist.
Please submit your video to the MTMS Receptionist or your teacher by Saturday, July 29th! MTMS cannot wait for this next playlist edition to come out.
We ask this question in the lab this week, and I’m curious to send it to the crowd. There aren’t many answers this early in the week, so check the picture below. My husband uses Amazon music. I use Amazon music, Spotify, and Pandora at different times, as well as Youtube for something specific. My daughter loves Spotify and my son uses Youtube.
Michelle Tuesday uses Amazon music, but anything specific she’ll look on Youtube. You can see the kids might be taking off on Spotify, but there’s a lot of room for more answers as the week progresses.
Tell us, what app do you use for music?
