As the MTMS products and services change from time to time, this Privacy Policy is expected to change as well. MTMS reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. INFORMATION COLLECTION
Visitors to MTMS’s website (http://michelletuesday.com) are anonymous unless they voluntarily provide identifying information via methods including but not limited to: submitting a comment on a page or post; filling out a “Contact Us” form; and using our website’s “Enroll Now” button to purchase a product or service from MTMS online using PayPal. We also collect information from current/prospective clients via email, text, voice mail, social media, cloud file sharing, and in-person conversation.
MTMS collects a variety of information from current/prospective clients including, but not limited to: client names, email addresses, phone numbers and addresses; the names, ages, birthdates, musical experience and interests of current/prospective students of all ages, including minor children; email, text, voice mail and social media conversations between MTMS staff and current/prospective clients; files shared with us from our clients via email, text, social media, cloud storage or similar platforms; student enrollment and schedule history; student homework assignments; teacher ratings and comments about assignments; recital and other event participation; activities, test results, and teacher ratings and comments in the music lab; which book(s) students are working out of; and other student progress documentation. MTMS staff and teachers may from time-to-time collect photographs, audio and/or video of students during lessons or performance events for the following purposes: to analyze and teach proper musical technique; to share student recital performances with absent teachers; to share on our website and social media; and for marketing/promotional purposes.
INFORMATION USE
MTMS uses information collected from our current/prospective clients as follows: to follow up with and provide information about our products and services to prospective clients who have initiated an inquiry about our products and services; to serve and communicate with our ongoing clients and students who have enrolled in our products and services; and for internal business statistical reporting that helps us continually improve our service and the employment experience of our faculty and staff. MTMS does from time-to-time, but not more than three times per year, send promotional/marketing emails and/or text messages to our client list.
MTMS uses birthdates exclusively for keeping track of the ages of our young students and better cater to the educational needs of students, since children often study music for years.
INFORMATION SHARING
MTMS never shares customer contact information with third parties for the purpose of marketing, or for any reason except to comply with legal requirements or as needed for payment processing or other operational responsibilities required to provide service to our clients. We may disclose your personal information to professional advisers, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors, insurers, and technology support professionals, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
YOUR CHOICES
By submitting your phone number and/or email address, you are authorizing MTMS to call you, send you text messages and notifications, and send you email. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messaging or email from MTMS. Unfortunately, we are not currently capable of unsubscribing you from marketing communications without also unsubscribing you from schedule reminders, recital/event notifications, and other ordinary service-related communications from our staff.
You have to right to request that MTMS refrain from photographing or recording audio and/or video during lessons and/or performance events, or from sharing photographs, audio and/or video recordings.
SECURITY PRACTICES
The security of your personal information is important to us. We employ a number of organizational, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. Accordingly, MTMS cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us electronically, or to or from our online products and services.

By using the MTMS website, contacting us via text, email, phone, voice mail, or social media, or sharing files with us electronically, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy. MTMS reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
